Certificates & Accreditations

Hyve are committed to maintaining very high levels of information security. To help us achieve this goal we have ISO 27001, ISO 27017 and ISO 9001 accreditations, PCI Compliance and have been part of the G-Cloud framework since 2013.

G-Cloud 12 Framework

The government G-Cloud Framework is a series of agreements to ease the procurement process for information technology services that use cloud computing, such as cloud hosting. Public Sector organisations can buy from the services listed on the G-Cloud Digital Marketplace without the need to go through a full tender process.

PCI-Compliant

The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard concerns how credit card and personal data is stored, processed and transmitted. It shows Hyve is taking the appropriate steps to protect cardholder data from cybercrime and fraud.

ISO27001

ISO 27001 is a specification for an ISMS (information security management system). This is a framework of procedures and policies that covers all technical, physical and legal controls of a company’s risk management process. This delivers confidence to our customers that any infrastructures, platforms or other digital solutions Hyve builds are secure and compliant with all legal and regulatory requirements.

SOC 2

Hyve Managed Hosting’s System and Organization Controls (SOC) Reports are independent third-party examination reports that demonstrate how Hyve achieves key compliance controls and objectives. Hyve’s SOC 2 Report demonstrates Hyve's continued commitment to security, platform availability and confidentiality. Hyve Managed Hosting SOC 2 report is available on request.

ISO9001

ISO 9001 demonstrates that Hyve has an efficient quality management system in place that will save time, cost and improve customer relations. ISO 9001 ensures improved quality and service, on-time delivery, and a right first time attitude. The independent audit also proves Hyve’s commitment to quality.

ISO27017

This is a new code of practice for information security controls specifically for providers of cloud services. ISO 27017 provides enhanced controls for cloud service providers and cloud service customers. It clarifies both party’s roles and responsibilities to help make cloud services as safe and secure as possible.

Cyber Essentials

Certification in Cyber Essentials reassures customers that Hyve is working to secure our infrastructure against cyber attack, that we have a clear picture of our organisation’s cyber security level, and that we work diligently to protect your platform, websites and applications.

Cyber Essentials Plus

Hyve is very proud to have achieved the Cyber Essentials Plus certification which shows our commitment to our program of continual security improvement.

NIS

The National Cyber Security Centre’s (part of GCHQ) NIS Directive aims to ensure that companies who are, or work with the UK’s vital infrastructure, are able to follow strict guidelines on security for themselves, their customers and chosen suppliers. Hyve is pleased to announce adherence to all the policies and procedures laid out in the NIS Directive.

CSA STAR

CSA STAR is the industry’s most powerful program for security assurance in the cloud. STAR encompasses key principles of transparency, rigorous auditing, and harmonization of standards. The STAR program provides multiple benefits, including indications of best practices and validation of security posture of cloud offerings.
