Medichecks is a provider of state-of-the-art laboratory blood testing. They work with the UK’s top pathological laboratories with the latest consumer technology to make health screening a simple and easy-to-use process available for everybody.
The challenge
As Medichecks started to grow, they got to the point where they had outgrown their previous host and needed a managed service. With their previous host, they were not receiving the level of support that they needed and the SLAs provided were inadequate.
