Consult

As organisations continue to embrace the cloud, your internal teams may need help from experts to explore new ways to deploy, monitor, and operate environments to best suit your requirements. We provide a truly consultative approach, where our experts help you understand how to scale your IT infrastructure to meet growing needs, how to optimize your cloud environment and streamline your business operations.

Design

Once we have consulted with you and learned more about your infrastructure requirements, our team of technical experts will get to know how your application or site works before designing the perfect platform for your needs. This can include bespoke configurations for CPU, RAM and storage, operating system, disaster recovery, backups and more.

Migrate

Migrating your data can seem like a daunting part of signing up with a new service provider. We aim to make this process as straightforward as possible with a full migration strategy in place that is staged to ensure that live sites and applications have priority, to ensure the migration process runs smoothly.

Manage

When you choose Hyve, you’ll be allocated a Customer Experience Manager and a team of technical engineers that are available at all hours, in any time zone, should you need them. Your allocated team of experts will get to know your platform inside out, so if any issues arise, an engineer who is already well-acquainted with your infrastructure will be on-hand to help.

Managed services and add-ons

All our solutions are managed, but we offer optional add-ons to enhance the management of your infrastructure. Management charges are a monthly fee based upon a pre-determined number of engineering hours agreed with you in advance, making budgeting much easier.
