As part of #WhyHyve week, we’re taking a look at why our customers love working with us.

Hyve has been providing managed hosting services to SMEs and large corporations since 2001. Our customers work across a range of industries including technology, finance, education, media, retail and government sectors.

We’ve built a solid reputation in the industry for great customer service.  Hyve becomes an extension of your business, providing 24/7 management and support.

Technical support shouldn’t be frustrating – which is why we have a UK based support team with specially trained engineers that can resolve issues via our ticketing system or by phone. Our customers work with the same small team of support engineers and an Account Manager, meaning that any issues can be resolved as fast as possible as they know your platform and set up inside out.
