Genuine RAID Fibre Channel & Serial Attached SCSI (SAS) Drives
All servers are equipped with either the very latest Fibre Channel (FC) or SCSI drives in a RAID configuration which means that all data is written across multiple disks providing peak performance and full redundancy (reliability). Most hosting providers offer inferior SATA drives on non RAID configurations, when a failure occurs on these drives, all data is lost. Managed Data Backup & Restoration Services

Guaranteed 100% Network Uptime
We deliver the best network performance in the industry. We are one of the ONLY hosting companies with a core network that includes every Tier 1 backbone provider. All connections to bandwidth providers are dual which means if one fails then another one comes online to take its place. Unrestricted Bandwidth / Network Connections & GbE fully burstable Network
We operate a GbE network. Our networks are connected at 1GbE or 1000Mbps (this stands for ‘megabits per second’ and represents how much data can travel down the line in 1 second). Many other hosting companies restrict the amount of data to 1, 2 or 10Mbps without letting you know. Hosting providers making claims of ‘Unlimited Bandwidth’ are likely to be restricting the connection throughput (the amount of data that can travel down the line), effectively capping the bandwidth limit. Our bandwidth is 100% unrestricted.
Extensive Monitoring Services
Our advanced monitoring system is capable of monitoring virtually all critical resources, processes and services essential to your hosting solution. By default we monitor ICMP (a system used by the OS to send error messages indicating, for instance, that a requested service is not available), HTTP and daily backup success. The purpose of a Hyve TAM is to provide you with a dedicated resource who is intimately familiar with your platform and architecture. You build a relationship with this person who will work with you, acting not only as a technical advisor and architect, but also as the liaison between your company and our data centres. The TAM will establish a thorough understanding of your exact requirements, expected traffic and budget before designing your platform. The wealth of knowledge and experience offered by your TAM will enable them to design a solution that is most appropriate, as well as cost effective for your needs. There is a fine line between up-time and budget. We will find the perfect blend.
