Definition of Personal Identifiable Information
Hyve defines personally identifiable information as information that includes any combination of the following: a person’s full name, address, telephone number, email address and/or credit/debit card information.
Use of Personally Identifiable Information
Hyve guarantees that any personally identifiable information provided to Hyve by its customers will be used exclusively for the provision of Hyve goods or services, for customer or service announcements, billing purposes, to identify our clients and to help improve existing or provide new and comprehensive services. To that end, Hyve may use personally identifiable information collected online to develop and improve the products, benefits and services we offer to our clients.
Hyve’s collection of personally identifiable information
The Hyve web site contains a variety of forms and a shopping cart which customers may use to request information, products, or services. Information collected via these forms will be used to send orders, information about Hyve, and to contact customers when necessary. Customer’s financial information collected will be used to bill the customer for products and services that Hyve provides. Under no circumstances will this information be passed on to any third parties with the exception of WorldPay, who carry out the charge transaction.
