Providing Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) in the latest G-Cloud framework

The Government Procurement Service has selected Hyve, with a host of other reputable companies, to provide cloud services as part of the G-Cloud framework. G-Cloud iii is the latest iteration of G-Cloud, a framework designed to migrate public sector organisations to cloud computing and to provide cost-effective IT solutions.

Hyve will provide a secure and reliable Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) offering for the public sector. As IaaS providers we will house, run and maintain virtual machines, providing an enterprise-grade infrastructure to public sector clients.

All G-Cloud iii vendors are appointed by the government and sales made subject to contract, in order to ensure fair trading under the framework.

Hyve is dedicated to the government’s initiative to streamline IT services in the public sector by assisting in reducing running costs and IT budgets.
