Hyve have been selected as a supplier in the latest UK Government cloud computing framework, G-Cloud 6.

Joining the G-Cloud framework for the fourth time, Hyve will supply IaaS, PaaS, SaaS and SCS offerings to the public sector.

Suppliers
We are supplying the following services: cloud servers, disaster recovery and business continuity, cloud based virtual desktop and hosted Microsoft SQL, amongst several others.

In the latest iteration we have a Specialist Cloud Service offering –  a Cloud Introduction Workshop, which provides businesses with an introduction to cloud computing, cloud models and the benefits of moving to the cloud.

Digital Marketplace
Now in its sixth iteration, the framework has undergone a dramatic transformation since G-Cloud V, notably the redesign and restructuring of the approved seller marketplace, CloudStore. CloudStore was replaced by the Digital Marketplace at the end of 2014, launching with G-Cloud 6 in February 2015.

With a record 1,453 suppliers on board, G-Cloud 6 is set to top existing sales. The framework has revolutionized IT in the public sector, cutting spending on IT services significantly.

If you are a public sector organisation looking for a cloud solution, please visit Hyve’s Digital Marketplace page for further information.
