Getting the right work/life balance

The happiness capital
In a recent survey carried out by CV-Library, Brighton was crowned the ‘happiness capital of the UK.’

The nationwide survey asked respondents about their work/life balance and about how satisfied they were with the place that they lived. The survey revealed that 86.4% of Brighton residents felt happy every day, making it the happiest place to live and work in the UK.

To many, this comes as no surprise. Brighton’s picturesque beachside location, green credentials and reputation for tolerance and acceptance make it a great city to work in. Brighton is also known as ‘Silicon Beach’ due to the high volume of tech companies and startups based here.
