Static IP
When a computer is configured to use the same IP address each time it powers up, this is known as a Static IP address. IP stands for Internet Protocol. An IP address is a unique identifier, containing a 32-binary digit number that identifies every sender and receiver of information sent in packets across the Internet.
Whenever a user requests a web page, or even sends an email, the IP address for that resource or receiver will be looked up and used. With some of our price plans you get your very own Static IP Address, which is unique to your site and will not change.
