Strategically located in Pudong, this purpose built data centre features a state-of-the-art network, power and environmental infrastructure. Hyve staffs this centre with our own specially trained and highly experienced system engineering staff who actively manage and maintain our systems 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

- 24/7 on-site building and network monitoring

- Bio-metric and Proximity authentication for critical areas
- Access control, intrusion zone control, elevator control, CCTV alarm interface
- Visitors are escorted by authorized personnel at all times
- 24 hour internal and external video surveillance, 60 day retention policy

- 6400 KVA from 2 separate sub-stations
- 500KVA UPS modules with N+1 configuration with 30 minutes battery backup time
- Dual power supply risers
- Four 1000KVA generator sets (24-hour continuous full supply)
HVAC Temperature Controlled Environment
- Indoor temperature at 20°C +/- 2°C
- Relative humidity range from 50% +/-10%
- Chilled Water Type CRAC unit
- Chiller plant is in N+1 with RING configuration , redundant tower water supply
- Water piping outside core area, floor curb zoning to CRAC controls water leakage
- Raised floor to provide uniform cooling distribution
