Our Bandwidth Policy
All of our shared, dedicated and cloud servers are connected to the internet at 1000Mbps. Our enterprise HP & VMware Cloud Servers have a minimum of 4x1GbE connections with no physical limitation. We do not cap or limit bandwidth usage in any way, and provide a fully burstable connection right up to maximum capacity.
We do not penalise clients for generating high volumes of traffic; clients requiring more than their monthly allowance have access to it without limitation, penalty fees or automatic service fee increases.
If over-usage continues on a regular basis, we simply contact the client to discuss an increased allowance. Fee increases are always agreed in advance and are never charged in arrears for bandwidth already consumed. Monthly bandwidth fees are based on total monthly data transfer.
